Just recently bought a house out in Long Island so everything is a mess right now, can't find anything, tons of renovations and projects to be done...... between work and the new house I've barely even had time for football...

Going to finally try to have a baby now that we're out of the city

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder), who has a career-low two sacks in 11 games, will miss the season finale against the Washington Redskins.

Pierre-Paul said earlier this month he hoped to make it back before the end of the year, but he did not practice this week and will miss his fifth straight game to end the season.

Jason Pierre-Paul, who had never missed a game prior to this season, will finish 2013 with a career-low two sacks.
It was a rough season for Pierre-Paul, who had offseason back surgery that sidelined him for most of training camp. The back slowed him early on, but once he felt he was back to normal, he injured his right shoulder against Oakland on Nov. 10. He played the next two games before sitting the rest of the way.

This marked the first season that Pierre-Paul missed a game. He had a breakout campaign in 2011, recording 16.5 sacks while helping lead the Giants to a Super Bowl title, but has just 13 sacks in his other three seasons combined.

Pierre-Paul said recently surgery could be a possibility, but he's planning to stick with rehab. Surgery is not required at the moment.

"I'm trying to stay the best way away from the knife," Pierre-Paul said Dec. 18. "I think I'm doing pretty good in my rehab and getting better from when I injured it."

The Giants will also be without receiver Victor Cruz (knee), who underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee Dec. 19. Cruz was injured against Seattle on Dec. 15 but has not been placed on injured reserve. Sunday will be the second game he misses with the injury.

Cruz said Friday he did not initially know he had suffered damage to his knee, but further evaluation showed he bruised his MCL and needed surgery. He also suffered a concussion on the play. Cruz underwent surgery as early as he could to have as much time as needed to rehab.

"I expect to be fully healthy and getting after it during OTAs. The expected rehab time should be about a month and a half to two months. We'll see how it goes," Cruz said. "I want to take it extremely slow, make sure I come back at 100 percent, not out there weary and kind of tentative. I want to be confident when I'm out there so I can continue to be the same player I've been for these past couple of years."

Receiver Rueben Randle (knee) did not practice Friday and is questionable. Randle did not practice Thursday either, and Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Randle's knee was still sore on Friday. Randle said Thursday he hopes to play.

"I don't want to miss this game, so I'll be careful about it," Randle said. "But also I'll get my mind set and be prepared to go out there and play. I don't think there's anything harmful or serious that I haven't been through already, so hopefully Sunday I'll be fine and go out there and be able to play."

The Giants will also be without tight end Adrien Robinson (knee) and guard Brandon Mosley, who was undergoing surgery on his hand Friday.

Cornerback Trumaine McBride (groin) is questionable, while cornerback Terrell Thomas (knee), cornerback Jayron Hosley (illness), guard David Diehl (knee), defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins (shin/quad), running back Andre Brown (concussion) and running back Peyton Hillis (concussion) are probable.

Ugh, I hope this situation doesn't end up like last time where he took surgery way too late last year and didn't recover properly..

So next year we're gonna be up against

2x Iggles
2x Redskins
2x Cowboys
4x AFC South
4x NFC West
1x Lions
1x Falcons

according to this

Quote
NFC EAST
The NFC East will play 6 division games against the teams amongst their division (3 home, 3 away). The NFC East will also play the 4 teams of AFC South (2 home, 2 away – Colts, Titans, Jaguars, Texans), and the 4 teams from NFC West (2 home, 2 away – Seahawks, 49ers, Cardinals, Rams) in the 2014/2015 season. The NFC East will also have to play 1 team from the NFC North and 1 team from the NFC South based off corresponding rankings in their divisions (1 home, 1 away). Example: Philadelphia finished in 1st place of the NFC East so they will have to play the 1st place team of the NFC North (Packers) and the 1st place team of the NFC South (Panthers). Here’s a table guide:
NFC EAST                          NFC NORTH                    NFC SOUTH
1. Philadelphia Eagles            1. Green Bay Packers          1. Carolina Panthers
2. Dallas Cowboys                2. Chicago Bears                  2. New Orleans Saints
3. New York Giants                3. Detroit Lions                    3. Atlanta Falcons
4. Washington Redskins        4. Minnesota Vikings            4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
