what a sloppy game last night in all 4 areas- offense, defense, special teams, and officiating.
we got it handed to us for sure. it seemed like kc was rushing 3 all night, which gave them more defenders who were being very aggressive. haven't seen brady have so much time in a while, but he couldn't make any throws! was frustrating to watch. really impressed with our arsenal of rb's though, one of the only positive takeaways. on defense, you could see the spirit crushed when hightower went down. even before that, we sucked the big one, but kc and reid are very good. i usually only worry about pittsburgh in the afc and overlook these guys, not again. special teams was weak, except our kick return coverage oddly enough. and then to ice the cake, the officiating was just a mess all around. im all for letting the DBs play physical, but some calls were just blatant.
favorite part of last night was seeing all the barstool clown towels during extra points. very impressed with what el presidente has accomplished
although i think the majority of pats fans need to take off their party hats from the previous years, time to buckle down and focus on this season
