I'll be real for a second and give some sincere advice: consider seeing a therapist. It sounds like you're going through a lot, and in my own unprofessional opinion, it seems like you're suffering from some kind of mental illness. A therapist can diagnose and help you work through whatever you're going through. I know there's this stigma about men needing therapy, but it's honestly all bullshit: there isn't a person alive who can't benefit from talking about whatever it is they're thinking. My mom went off a mental cliff after her brother died. Therapy helped her a lot. I've seen it work.
If you can't afford a therapist (due to insurance or whatever), then consider talking to someone, anyone, even a complete stranger (which carries its own benefits, yet also some obvious limitations). Maybe (

If you go around being negative all of the time and putting people down, then you're just going to get treated the same way per the Golden Rule: treat people the way you want to be treated.
