Ouch, that sounds rough man. The problem she has is she can't sit OR stand for too long otherwise she'll be in tears from the pain. Doesn't help she has bone spurs in her ankle from when she broke it as a teenager and even the doctors said it would be a lifelong thing. CBDs sound like a good option and we both smoke (Not her atm, waiting for SS in case they want a drug test). Appreciate it bro.
I agree. Also doesn't help that I seem to want to make everyone around me just as miserable as me. Even the wife I've taken it out on more times than I can count. I just need to start by cutting the bullshitting/trolling/whatever else, so we'll see where that goes. One day at a time
I know we've been at each others throats for the longest time, ready to say I'm over the childish shit though so I'm sorry to you and whoever else I've been cruel/shitty too (Everyone here basically)
Yes I know action speaks louder than words, so going to keep that in mind too.
In regards to CBDs... I prefer to vape my CBDs, because I can do it at work, school, grocery store, wherever. It’s discrete and convenient. I have a special cartridge 5:1 ratio (cbd:thc) which is my go-to because it doesn’t get me stoned. I suck on my pen first thing every morning, throughout the day as needed, and before bed. And honestly, it’s crazy. It’s almost instant relief. Now, it won’t cure anything, it’s just a more natural remedy than prescription NSAIDs or PKs. And at the end of the day, I go for my THC flowers or concentrates to relax after a long day, so I feel you.
In regards to the movement pain... I totally understand. It SUCKS. Worst pain ever, it’s persistent and overwhelming. But you need to have her take the PT approach. Not physical therapy, rather Push Through the pain. It sucks ass, but it works. At least for me, progress motivates me. When i couldn’t even touch my toes anymore, i would hold as far as i could for as long as i could. The next day, the same thing. After a few days and weeks, I was touching my toes again. Again, i’m lucky given my circumstances, but i can GUARANTEE you that staying still will never stimulate recovery past a certain point. Think of it as a spectrum; the more you push yourself, the more you’ll actually do better for yourself.
I only chimed in because i’m very familiar with this specific area. Good luck!
