I lost at FNM tonight, going 1-2. Would have been 2-1, but I was too nice in letting some guy tap his mana differently. Also I was getting mana screwed mercilessly. 1 game against each opponent was basically auto-lost due to mana screw.

Plus side, opened a foil Steam Vents (worth like $24) and another Doom Whisperer (like $15). So can't complain.

foil steam vents is only 24? damn i remember when the regular card was more than that :/
how was he tapping his mana, with a counter or something?

Also curious. Other than out of turn, I'm not sure how one goes about tapping their mana incorrectly lol. It sucks being a dick over something so trivial, but it's probably better than you do it now than someone who's actually a dick raging at him for tapping like a mook.

Wizards keeps reprinting all the modern money cards cuz they like money. Those shock lands are on like their third reprinting, so basically everyone who wants one has one.

And I let him leave a different combination of colors open. I would have won next turn otherwise. Like he taped his Mana, played his card, and then asked if he could retroactively tap it differently.
