Haha well I think its safe to say that I'm screwed then
Every now and again I get these nights just didn't know if there was something I could try :P thanks Terps!
Terps hit the main points
1. Consistent schedule
2. Eliminate blue light usage as much as possible like 2+ hours before bed. Real big one that people overlook a lot and don’t take seriously
3. Excercise, but not before bed
4. Eliminate caffeine several hours before bed
If you are laying there and can’t fall asleep, stay off your phone and computer, really focus on breathing. Don’t get up and walk around or get a snack or something either. Could also try some light stretching before getting into bed, and doing some reading. Reading makes me drowsy really fast.
Those things seem really basic/silly. But even those small changes will help immensely. My phone has a night mode where the color changes on it at a certain time to reduce the blue light output so if I do use my phone it helps.
