It also depends when you go, ofc. After everyone gets off work, the lines really pile up. I've had to wait an hour just to vote in years past. Went at 11am today and didn't have to wait at all, just for comparison.

I think early voting is also alleviating things as well. Not necessarily its availability, but just the knowledge that it exists and where to do it.

Great example in Illinois: Current Governor is a republican, but he fucking sucks and hasnt done shit. Property taxes are so absurd people are fleeing Illinois 700,000 people have left the state for surrounding state in the last 8-10 years, thats just 1 of the million issues here, dont get me started on the debt. So you might think, hey lets get a democrat in there and give him a chance to fix those problems. Lmao FUCK NO, the democrat is even worse, he wants to add a driving tax so we have to PAY to drive lmao and boost taxes across the board and hes backed by the same fucks than ran Illinois for years including one that went to fucking prison.
