Honestly, I think with or without a new line Romo is definitely within the top ten. To me he is on the top of the second tier QB's but that is due mostly to his lack of success in the post season. His stats have been consistently in the top ten since he became a starter. There are only 5 QB's that I would say beyond a reasonable doubt are better than him. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Aaron Rogers, Drew Brees, and Matt Ryan. Honestly, those are the only guys that are elite. then you have guys like Tony Romo, Eli Manning, Joe Flacco, and Matt Schaub.
