Not counting 5 dropped passes that would of gave him another 100+ yards.

Without those drops his stats would of been amazing (19 of 27 for 275+ and 2tds).

Was bored at work, so I took Ray Rice's yearly stats and did some math.. Amazing results

In Rice's 4 years (3 as a starter), he has averaged 1653 total yards from scrimmage a year (6612 career).

And in his 3 years as a starter he has averaged 1961 total yards from scrimmage a year (5885 total).

Here is where he ranks in average yards from scrimmage per year against some of the all-time greats:

Jerry Rice: 1249yds / year (19years)
Emmitt Smith: 1438yds / year (15years)
Walter Payton: 1635yds / year (13years)
Marshall Faulk: 1596yds / year (12years)
Barry Sanders: 1819yds / year (10years)
Ray Rice: 1653 / year (4years)

So out of those 5 HOFs and Ray Rice, RR would be 2nd in average yards from scrimmage a year, behind Barry Sanders.. At this pace.
