I said this to my buddies at half time, Packers defense get's two stops. TWO and theres a good chance our offense wins the game and the defense ended up getting 3 stops in a row. Glad to see this victory. I would say I was pleased with the way they played to over come the adversity and stay in it. The defense has looked like that all season so anybody who was mad at the defense should be slapped because we know how the defense has played, just need more stops from our defense so our offense can score.

Ah long wall of text!

Glad we're 5-0, time to look at next week! Can't wait, I'm going to the game!!!!!! :D :D :D!!

Who wouldn't be mad at the defense? Enough is enough now. The offense has been putting it together well, but it's time to start playing a full four quarters on both sides of the ball.

You can't be that mad, they pulled it off when they needed though right? Plus they never got truly dominated, looking at the fumble, it would of been possibly 7-7 or 3-7. And Falcons converted on a lot of long 2nd or 3rd downs which if one of them were stops they may not of scored more then 6-10 points.

Clay played really well, taking double teams, disrupting plays. I was impressed with the way the team stayed poised other then finley's mental errors (Still scratching my head on what the hell happened with him tonight)

Either way, we should all be happy, Packers win! :)

Oh and again the defense comes away with turnovers, can't be mad about that :)

Mad probably isn't the right word. Defense has been clutch all season with stops and turnovers. The defense actually wasn't bad at all tonight after the first quarter. The offense is what took time to get going, which is probably obvious.

Clay's been playing great all season. Him being double teamed on passing downs is what's been opening it up for guys like Bishop to make big plays.

Finley needs to make this a learning experience and do some maturing. He got what he wanted and he failed. Now he needs to keep his mouth shut, put his head down, and work. Let the play do the talking.

I agree on that. I love finley, love him and his abilities but his mouth just needs to stop sometimes. I love the guy to death as a player but he really makes me worry. I'm honestly glad this happened to him, it might help him or keep him from talking or just keep him quiet for motivation. In all, I was EXTREMELY surprised he had that many drops because I don't remember the last drop he had other then the TD calvin johnson rule a few weeks ago that didn't count. (or last weekend forgot)

Clifton out indefinitely. We all knew he wasn't going to play the entire season. Looks like we'll be in the market for an OT to take Collins' roster spot. I was really hoping we'd stay healthy enough that said spot would go to Shaky Smithson. I like Newhouse and Sherrod, but we really need Bulaga to get healthy now...

Crosby tied his career high with four field goals last night. He also tied his own franchise record on the 56 yarder that guys are claiming was spotted less than a foot from being a 57.

Rodgers tied a franchise record last night by hitting 12 different receivers. Ryan Taylor is the only guy who recorded a play as an eligible receiver that didn't catch a pass. Favre set the record in 2003, the last time the feat was accomplished, on the night after his father died.

Jones 140 yards set a career high.

Rodgers threw his 100th career TD last night.

He's young, so I hope it's something he'll learn to cut out. There are guys on Twitter that are just like him with the mouth, but that's where it ends for them. There's no public call outs or anything like that. If he doesn't like the way the offense is run, he's on the wrong team.

Shaky Smithson is on IR, so he wouldn't be able to come back this year anyway. At least that's what I thought?

I thought they put him on PUP. Either way, I'd like him to stay with the team. He's very close to Cobb in terms of talent/skills.

Pretty sure it was IR but I may be wrong. I agree, loved watching him in training camp! Fan Favorite at training camp for sure.
