The Steelers appear to be at it again.

During the regular season, the Steelers looked ahead to the Week 15 game against the Patriots for weeks and ended up by falling 27-24 in a thriller.

Fast forward a few weeks to now, the Steelers and specifically safety Mike Mitchell are already looking ahead to a potential meeting with the Patriots in the AFC championship game. Mitchell was a big part of a long SI feature on the Steelers defense without Ryan Shazier and within the piece, Mitchell guaranteed a win over the Patriots.

“We’re going to play [the Patriots] again,” Mitchell said. “We can play them in hell, we can play them in Haiti, we can play them in New England. … We’re gonna win.”

Of course, the Patriots would need to beat the Titans on Saturday and the Steelers would need to beat the Jaguars for a Patriots-Steelers rematch to happen.

Interesting note from Bills-#Jaguars game when Poz went out:

They moved Telvin Smith from WLB to MLB, had Jack at WLB and Brown at SLB in base. ... Would expect that to continue this week if Poz can't go.
