The idea isn't to make yourself clean, it's to dilute and then mask the fact that you did. Those drinks work because they tell you to drink a bunch of water, which dilutes for you. Basically just an easy way to make money off of desperate people. You can in the morning and donate a clean UA the next day, you just need to prepare.
