On Tyreek Hill; He pled guilty. He was kicked out of a D1 university. He accepted his sentence (which some could credibly say was too lenient, but still). He did years of counseling. He made amends with his partner (now his wife). He's spoken to victims of domestic violence on the dangers of their partners and the need to get away from them. He dropped like stone in the draft and lost millions. He was honest and answered MANY difficult questions from the Chiefs when they got him. He has a zero tolerance policy and has been a model citizen for nearly a half decade.
Short of saying "he forfeited his right to play in the NFL" (an opinion I disagree with but respect), I don't know what more he could do.
It’s very different. Don’t sit there and act high and mighty when you know full well your team let appeal after appeal go through for a guy that beat a woman and you’re still going to pay him every step of the way. Fuck outta here.
There is no proof of zeke beating her. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Only two people know what actually happened and honestly, i couldn't care less. I don't care what any player/coach does. Hunt could have been doin bloe and beating women on saturday, and as long as sunday is entertaining, it won't bother me one bit. If he gets arreasted, let the legal system take care of it.
If all you're saying is that it takes some time to show you've made a mistake and you're willing to look past certain actions after some time then shame on the chiefs as an organization and an employer for not supporting their investment/personnel.
You can probably step off that soapbox and stop acting like you really care about the "integrity" of the NFL.
Super shady job by covering this up until the video surfaced. Way to save face by lying about the severity of the issue until it became public.
