Well, He evidently thought he was in the clear due to the apparent loop hole in the rules.

I agree the intent was a welch, and he should be punished for that if he does not pay up.

If I thought a bet wasn't confirmed, and it was ruled that it was while I was offline, I wouldn't want to be put on the welcher list before having an opportunity to pay up.

From what I can see, although I am not in the best condition to be making these calls, it seems like at 2:01 am (luck's time) he sends the fg; at 2:03, extort says he wants the spread but never confirmed it.. then I see at 2:05 on the separate pm he says gl.

Officially that's never confirmed, but like I said, that's shadily danced around. This has been done quite a few times before and the person in question never lost their tag.

Granted those other times I said the person should lose their tag. The same applies; but as far as previous happenings go, he didn't "break the rules"

started with intent to welch >>> welcher either way.. even if paid back imo.. then make it WPB

he broke the rule by accepting the fg uf then saying gl that should be a auto confirm

it's not about the fg's it's about a person trying to welch by attempting to go through loop holes

yea in this case its 5k fg.
Some work hard in other games and play for hours to be able to come here and bet with ppl that are "active" and "trusted"
