He isn't going to play today. I heard Dunta Robinson also has a hurt neck but will play. The Texans need to light up that weak Falcons' secondary.

Kubiak knows they have to pass the ball to set up the run today. I don't think it can be the other way around against the Falcons defense. Their secondary is horrible and their run defense is the second best in the NFL. We'll probably see a lot of screen passes to Arian Foster and quick slants to the tight ends as well. The one thing Yates can do is move around fast. He'll make the bootlegs and rollouts look good.
