My job didnt test for the initial job.... Its pretty common in the IT field to not get tested.
Its one of the reasons I am not actively applying anywhere. Dont want to quit smoking while im at this shithole company because its hard to take sober, but have to quit smoking to leave this shithole company.
Sounds like my last job, fucking terrible job and would have been even more miserable if I didn't smoke.
I was in that bind for like 6 months and I couldn't be happier I finally changed.
