Never had a problem with extort before but this is blatantly obvious.

If this is true then I think we should at least give him the opportunity to pay it once a ruling has been decided before putting him on the list.

i disagree.. it was obv set up from the start with the way he did the pms (me having to go to another pm list to get the "cool gl").. he intended on welching entire time.. then did

Kid takes the 5k and says gl, then sends back when he knows he won't win and says I never cd'd.
Kid is a total tool belt and deserves to be ran over by a semi and then a steam roller.
