Siriani inhereted a 4 win team though. Immediately exceeded expectations last season in his first season winning 9 games (Vegas preseason o/u was 4 wins rofl), and then obviously this season having the best record in the league.

Howie has assembled a great roster, no doubt. Nobody had a better offseason than the Eagles, but Siriani seems like the perfect coach for them.
