No definitely not. Can't apply a blanket statement to something like that lol. Mccarthy WAS good when he won the super bowl. Then somewhere around 2014 he changed his philosophy and started coaching differently and more cautious. As if instead of coaching to win he was coaching to not lose his job. He used to be exciting and take alot of risks but not he's just Mike McCautious.
