one of the attackers was armed with a firearm aswell, he is still alive - just lost a bicep for trying to shoot the kid (& later then confessed to his friend he only wished he would kill the kid then)

I was taught at a young age how to properly handle guns.

Think about the prosecutor, who is in court, pointing the gun with his finger on the trigger. Notice the difference between a 17 year old "who doesn't know" vs an adult who has no fucking idea...
