He's overrated if people think his offensive scheme is great, but he's still a good HC from a player management standpoint. He's like Harbaugh in that regard.

Quinn? The guys that team gives up the lead every game in the 4th quarter although I do think he’s a good coach you would lose your shit with him as the coach.

Reid or Harbaugh aren’t better coaches though. BB, Carroll, and Tomlin are probably the only coaches that have been and are better than Green Bay’s HC right now.

The reality is I can name 26 coaches that are worse. You’re not going to go out and get someone better.

He’s not the problem. Seahawks are running into now, it’s draft acquisitions, injuries, and free agency that are killing Green Bay

My main concern is the scheme. As Terps said earlier McCarthy is a fine player management HC.

also you are absolutely right about all of this. TT is a much bigger issue than MM. his drafting has sucked and he has let valuable defensive players go like Hayward, Peppers, Hyde, etc
