Probably because the Skins, Boys, and Giants have better players, coaching, lines, etc and we all know how Philly does. Check their Super Bowl trophy case

So overrated that it hurts me.

DGB has played great so far in preseason and has 600 yards and like 6 TD last y ear.. give him some love.

Jim Schwartz is going to HELP us, therefore 7 wins last year with a bad team who got better?

Constant rotation? I'm confused where we rotate often where it isn't beneficial.

what i meant by constant rotation is look at your roster when Andy Reid left compared to now, WAYYYY different, you have literally no consistency on your roster from year to year, kind of hard to build team chemistry & consistency when players are going in and out the door every year... I compared the roster from 2012 (when Reid left) til now and there is literally only one player (TE Celek) who remains from that time period... (didn't look at the defense but I'm sure it's probably a similar situation).

I see a 4 team division of inconsistencies and mediocrity. Nothing different than last year. A few players and a new coach wont change it all in one year.

What do you expect with 3 coaching changes?

Chip had 11 wins his first year.. on a team that did TERRIBLE the year before.

I get your notes about preseason, I don't weigh on it to much. But when a player gets traded because of work ethic and route running and he had a great season the year before.. comes in and shows no signs of bad work ethic and is working hard to get better route running.. what else can you go off of ?

Sounds like a good preseason to me.

The fact you still are here is a question to all of us.

I know 99.69% of posts gonna be troll.. but actually why no respect to win the division?

1) Worst div. in the league and esp. now that Homo is out.
2) 7 wins last year under Chip.. improved team.. got rid of problems and improved.
3) I know WR's concerns, but gonna be a ton of 2 TE sets with 2 WR.. DGB and Matthews, I'm ok with that.
4) Fuck you all
5) Two all-pro caliber players in Cox/Jenkins on D.
6) Top 3 safety combo in the league + picked up McKelvin etc
7) Got rid of Demarco cuz terrible and Ryan Matthews out played him with 1/8th of the snaps.. Matthews gets bell cow job this year.. can't go wrong unless injury (which is likely lol)
8) Bradford coming off healthy year and apparently looking way better in pocket and more comfortable.
9) Got Jim Schwartz who is top tier D coordinator.

ok and if u guys need fantasy advice check my signature thx

1) they are a part of that division
2) improved team? how do you know?
3) WRs are absolute crap. When your #1 WR is a slot receiver you're in trouble
4) fuck me

Ill stop there.. The main reason people are sleeping on them is because they have sooo many question marks. Their offense cannot move the ball. Like at all. Their offensive line is average/below average especially with Lane out 10 games. Sam Bradford is average at best. They have ZERO WR depth, ZERO offensive line depth, and ZERO RB depth. Ryan Mathews is never healthy. They do have the best safety tandem in the league, but suspect corners, and average/below averge LBs. Also, ZERO depth at corner and ZERO depth at LB. Their front 7 are good as a whole but man a few injuries could wipe that all away.

Add all that in with a new defensive scheme, new offensive scheme, and brand new coaching staff, and yeahh + they play a 2nd place schedule. Their schedule is very difficult after week 5.
Usually when there are that many question marks with a team, it doesnt translate to wins, but who knows

I like this new guy, even if it's just a multi someone is playing, very entertaining.

Chip had 10 wins his first year and none against a team with a winning record.

10 wins his 2nd year with like 2 against teams with winning records

and 7 his 3rd year with maybe 1 win against teams with a winning record?

Their schedule was soft for 3 years and rarely beat a team with a winning record.

All I know is, it's very hard not to get excited about DGB. We're all still waiting to really see why he was discarded so easily, a guy that big, that fast, and that talented just doesn't get thrown into your lap for a backup offensive linemen rofl.

He has looked smooth in the pre-season, in the snaps he has played in. Kid has everything to be a #1 WR obviously, we're just hoping this change of scenery is real when it comes to changing.
