That "cd" simply made it so that it DOES become an obligation for Ewok to donate/pay Ryan the 100 fg. Had that "cd" not been there, we wouldn't have any issue except for Ryan probably making threads that Ewok is BM and what not.
As far as WHY Sheriff and list had to get involved goes... I'm getting more and more convinced that Ryan just wanted to get Ewok in trouble (the motive... I am not sure).
Because had Ryan really contacted Ewok in the alleged 3 days, I don't see why Ewok would have have paid the 100 fg. I believe Ewok that he doesn't really check the basketball section much so he could have forgotten about it.

I agree there was an obligation.
I dont know aobut over here but in hockey for someone to be a welcher they have to have acknowledged the loss.
I.E. If i forget and you dont PM me i am not a welcher.
If i forget and you pm me or a med pm's me and i ignore it's a welch.
The test for me in this case would be did Ewok get pm's from ryan or sheriff before being listed. Ryan says he pm'd 3 times over a few days.
Ewok says he didn't get any pm's one has to be false or misinformed.

I dont see ewok as a welcher but you did the objectively correct thing as long as tagged is only until a final ruling.
