You should be hoping for Williams to fall, then get a WR later on. There's too much WR talent this draft to warrant a top 10 selection on one.
TBH, as long as the Raiders pick up 1 RB in FA/Draft and don't make any MASSIVE busts, even if we don't get amazing talent I'd be pretty pleased. Our WR core will be stronger next season with Streater returning from injury. Carr will likely have a down season, sophomore slump etc. But our LBs are only going to get better, our young DBs will hopefully improve, and our OL was solid last season. That's a great recipe for success long term IMO. Get a rushing game so Carr can have some help out there on offense and we might just have ourselves a decent team and a decent season, now that we aren't playing the NFC West.
We have a lot of age at DL, so I like the Williams pick, but there are a lot of directions we can go without finding fault. I'd be pumped if we found Gurley in the 2nd, but I'd imagine one of the teams will take him later in the first (someone mentioned Cowboys and Seahawks, both valid places for him to fall as well as others).
I think our needs are DB, RB, and DL (probably in that order), but I think RB should be our top priority this draft, unless some really astonishing ones are expected next year.
