Anyone have a good site for NFL contracts? There's that one amazing one for the NBA (spacing on the name) and idk why I can never find a good one for the NFL.

I'm very close to giving Marcus Peters a nod as a top 5 pick.

And yeah yeah, I'll fuck with some trades next week.

Edit: Hako, how's Marqise Lee doing? He even relevant?

He missed 3 games with a hamstring injury. During that time Shorts got more healthy and Allen Robinson has been playing very well. Allen Hurns has been there since day 1, so Lee's snaps have just taken a back seat. They're trying to slowly work him into the Offense.

13. Houston Texans
2014 record: 4-4 (.459)
Top three needs: QB, WR, OT

Latest 2015 draft projection has us at pick 13. Too soon to tell though. 4-4 record is average. Anything can happen in these last eight games. I'm not really sure a wide receiver is an absolute need as much as the fact that we don't have a good quarterback.

If we had a good quarterback DeAndre Hopkins would be beasting with a 1300-yard, 12 TD season, and Andre Johnson would be hauling in another 1400-yard season like last year. Andre Johnson is aging and old, but still on pace to break 1,000 yards even with crappy Ryan Fitzpatrick this season.

I mean yeah, we could use another playmaker at wide receiver moving forward - what team couldn't? - but until the QB situation is resolved and the O-Line improves its pass protection by leaps and bounds, adding another good wide receiver really isn't a big priority to tell you the truth.

I still want to see Ryan Mallett play before I can even tell whether or not the Texans have to invest a first-round pick on a quarterback in the 2015 draft. What if Mallett lights the world on fire and becomes something truly special when he finally has his opportunity to start? Nobody knows if Ryan Mallett will become a future Super Bowl winning quarterback or he'll suck and be out of the league in a couple of years.

I know it seems appealing as your big need being a QB but as it stands you'd have the 4th best QB which frankly I don't see as worth a pick. You can't force a pick with an undervalued player because you are desperate aka ponder 2.0, if cook falls which he probably will I can see that possibly being an answer but if cook doesn't make it I think the texans take a pass, I remember all of the Bryce petty hype pre season too so it seemed like there were so many options this year but petty has since fallen from grace

14) Cincinnati Bengals (4-2-1) – Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State

That would be such a sexy pick: fills a huge need, reunites the MSU boys, incredible value, very talented

He's my favorite CB in this draft. Reallly hope he doesn't go to Cincy.

22) Baltimore Ravens (5-3) – Marcus Peters, CB, Washington

Was the the one covering Strong over the weekend? He looked alright. That was the first time I had watched him.

I don't think we (or many other teams) would pass on Gurley though. Our need is huge with Forsett going on 30 and on a 1 year deal. He would dominate behind Kubiak's ZBS. He should go in the 15-20 range imo

Also lol @ you giving the Ravens Diggs and Duke Johnson... appealing to both Lamar and me

I still think the Texans can go 11-5 this year and make the playoffs. I haven't given up on the 2014 season just yet. Not at 4-4 anyways. They'd have to reach loss number 6 for me to give up completely on this year. The goal now is to remain at 4 losses for as long as possible. Try to beat a very dangerous and talented Eagles team on Sunday.

Just a FYI, we drafted a center in the 3rd round last year to take over Raiola so there is no way we would draft another one in the second

I do like our first round pick though even though I know nothing about the player

I see us going LG/CB/DT in no particular order in the first 3 rounds as they will be the biggest needs this summer

A 34 Year old Rasean Mathis cant keep this up
LG Rob Sims has played the worst among the 5 starters on a horrible o-line
and with Suh or Fairley or even both gone this summer, we will definitely need a DT

Ya and if that is the case you are drafting at the back end which really there isn't a solid QB imo unless you want Brett hundley who I strongly dislike and I doubt will become anything serious in the NFL. So it would be hard for the texans if 3 QBs go that erly i just don't think there is anymore value in the first round for a QB which I agree is an obvious need for the texans

I keep forgetting to put C/G on Grasu. You could use both him and Swanson like the Falcons used Konz. Play them at guard and center, flip them if needed, see who's better in real game time scenarios, etc etc. But yeah I liked Swanson a lot last year but like you said another interior piece is needed.
