what do you want to bet?

and how do you want to judge the Defenses? Points allowed per game?

idk i'd do a sig bet or something lol

and yeah just a combo of general stats? PPG, rush yds allowed, pass yds allowed, sacks, turnovers.

Um, let me get this straight.

The Giants Jets, Chargers and Ravens(700) go for around 3-400 and the Jags are almost at 1k?

Last place gets a percentage. No real incentive to bid on what are expected to be mediocre teams.

PPG is the best stat for Defense imo. I'd definitely have sacks and turnovers in there as well. yards can get a little iffy though and they don't always tell the whole story. If you want to use yards also though i'm fine with it.

i'm good with a sig bet

We had 3 rookies starting for our Secondary last year. 2nd round pick SS Cyprien, 3rd pick CB Dwayne Gratz and 6th pick FS Josh Evans. They picked up Winston Guy off waivers from Seattle after final cuts last season. He started rotating in at FS with Evans mid way through the season.

Guy(3rd year) is now starting at FS this season, Evans is the back up. Cyp and Gratz starting at their spots. The Vet of the secondary is Alan Ball. He actually played very well last season in our scheme, after his not so good years with Dallas.

Our secondary is young, but now they have a lot more experience. They also got a Pass Rush now. We actually have a lot of depth on our DL this season, compared to last season. And Paul Posluszny is just as good as ever at MLB.

The Defense will easily be the strong side of this team this season.

 Guy is your starting FS?

For now yes, only because we don't have a true FS yet. Both him and Evans are ideal at SS in our scheme, but no chance they play there over Cyp. So that leaves FS. Evans had an ankle injury early in the off season, which sidelined him for mini camps and otas. That gave Guy the chance he needed for all the 1st team reps. It's his job to lose this year and he'll have every chance to keep it locked down.

Hes actually got some solid range, more than I thought he had. He's a little faster than I thought he was also and he definitely isn't afraid to hit. Between Cyp and Guy, we're going to have two very hard hitting Safeties.

It will be up to Guy if he stays at FS for the long term, or if we're possibly drafting a true FS for this scheme next draft.
