Matt Ryan has the biggest security blanket outside of Calvin Johnson.

Eli also has a lot more talent than Matt Ryan.

Matt Ryan is still a really good QB.

Offense isn't designed for sexy numbers yet they all have these weapons.

Seems like xnozx is already getting the excuses rolling

He repeatedly says that Giants receiving corp is best in the league
but when he talks about Eli, he never brings that up or says its security blanket for him when Cruz has repeatedly taken a 10 yard hitch play into 40+ yard touchdown...

That's not a security blanket and I've never once said we have the best reciving corps in the league.

I've even made a list in the past of top 10 receiving corps and the Giants weren't in it because our RB's and TE's aren't strong in the passing game.

Just more talented overall.

Better arm, pocket presence, foot work, football IQ(pre snap reads and calls).

I'll give eli arm strength and athletic ability... but Football IQ? I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. Foot work also is.. imho the same along with pocket presence.

Ryan's arm however is improving on a yearly bases.. last year being his biggest jump arm strength wise.

he has also stated that the falcons have the best receiving core multiple occasions.

Eli isn't the least bit athletic lol

I don't know what you mean lol

Eli has some of the best footwork and pocket presence in the league though. He's not athletic but he does an excellent job avoiding sacks some how because of his pocket presence.

Has to for his oline lol. and i mean he has a stronger arm than ryan... ryan is a timing passer.. which is not a bad thing considering our wr core. In my edit however i did state that he has improved drastically over the past 2 years in that category.

Don't know what argument is going on but Matt Ryan at this point is probably better than Eli.
