I created them because they were necessary since we can't have a simple honest auction without people trying to cheat someone.

I could have bought the Giants for 25 fg, but I exposed the loop hole before anyone else thought of it.... they Giants ended upgoing for 10k


And they will be enforced if someone breaks the rules. No one has yet.
