So we're going all the way back to the year 76-77 for the last Super Bowl Appearance? Were you even born then? I sure as hell wasn't. Since then, you guys all but lost any meaningful game you guys have been in, if you want to even go that far. Sure it's nice to get too the playoffs, but if you don't make it to the Super Bowl and win, what does it really matter, honestly?

I'd also like to hope they've been to a couple Super Bowls seeing as they've been in the NFL since the early 1960s. My Jags on the other hand, have only been in the NFL since 95. Just a small time gap

I'd rather make to the playoffs and have some kind of excitement of making the superbowl we have had plenty of seasons when we were right there as contenders 97-01 seasons we were always in the race, 09 in my honest opinion we were still the best team in the NFL we should have beaten the saints but excuses aside, been in the playoffs in 08 and now in the playoffs this season with the youngest team in the NFL starter wise. Everyone says football is only about superbowls is incorrect....honestly the excitement of playoffs and seeing where your team gets is just as exciting, you may have forgotten what that feels like seeing how in 10 years you have only been in the playoffs once.

There's no way Marquess Wilson goes that high in my opinion.

I'm not sure of the exact details or who to believe, but walking out on your team is walking out on your team. That pretty much burned his stock, I wouldn't be surprised to see him go undrafted.

And he's not the fastest WR either, so I'm not sure that his combine is going to help him. I don't know if it's his route running or his speed, but he never gets much separation. And for someone that's maybe 200 lbs soaking wet at the most, that's a little discouraging. Obviously though, he's had a lot of time to practice and improve his 40 techniques and could run faster than anyone expects.

oh please enlighten me on how just getting to the playoffs matters so much, since that's how you want to justify it. I look more at it a long the line of, your shitty team chokes when it matters. its nice that you try and justify your team's chokeness, but in real life, the superbowl is all that matters.

hahaha like how you are trying to talk about superbowls when your team hasn't even been in one. Your team is going to be awful for awhile i cant see them getting out of a slump in the next 3 years atleast, MJD will be done by then hopefully they find a fix, to think your team is almost there is a joke, Gene smith was the worst GM in history i would rather have had Mat Millen, Gene set your team back 10 years. Atleast it was nice seeing your third round pick punter was gettin a lot of action this year, Gene had to be smart on one thing GET THE PUNTER SOON AS POSSIBLE

and the vikings haven't been to one going on almost 30 years, so whats your point? go ahead and try to feel good about something that happened probably long before you were even a thought in your parents head. I could bark at the tops of my lungs about the very early success we had, coming right out of the gates with this franchise, but since it happened over 10 years ago, there's no point in talking about it. I prefer to live in the present and not the far distant past.

Wanna live in the present? haha ok the vikings had 5x as many wins, we have made it to the playoffs, jags are drafting in the top 10 for their 6th year in a row, all of their top 10 picks not one of them have made it to a single pro bowl nor are anywhere near making it some of them aren't even on the team anymore. The vikings have a very bright group of young talent we actually draft very well, personally i still think your 3rd round punter should have been in the probowl the man did work this year. Do Jags fans like hate draft season because it gives them more things to regret for their team?
