A lot of marriages can fail after a miscarriage, don't let it change who you are. That's what my dad told me as a kid. My parents miscarried their first child, too. I hope you and Ape get through it alright, you always struck me as a pretty positive guy--stay that way.

Around 2:30am, Ape woke me up and said she needed to go to the hospital.  She was having some really bad stomach pains.  Rushed her to the hospital and I don't even want to type it, we lost the baby.

Got home around noon, I'm past the crying stage and kind of just in awe that this has happened.  She's broken up but I'm trying to be strong for her and having my mom and her mom here are helping (dad's are at work).

I haven't posted in this thread yet, because frankly, nothing I say will make you feel any better.

But it should be comforting to know that you have a community of good people that, despite our differences, come together and offer you our deepest condolences when a tragic event like this does happen.

I wish you the best, Randy. You'll get over this and become a stronger person because of it; although it may not seem that way right now.
