remove FFL from trust list and put him back on actives for the above thread in question

the 3k that was sent back was done during the time when the outcome of the game had already been decided or was very close to the following scenario: his team already had their possession on offense in OT while the opposing team was on the 3 yard line with a first down

due to the timing of the sent FG and him never confirming that he was accepting the FG rate change, this should at the very least call into questiong the character of FFL and he should at the least be taken off the trusted list and at the worst added to welchers
