how does he know the system betteR? This system was put in this year and Cutler gets more reps in practice and games up till last week?

Bears came ready to play cause they was on a bye week coming in plus the extra day playing on monday

I read some story about him tutoring rookies in the offense, but maybe that was speaking to his last stint with the team. I'm not going to claim to know much about what happens with the Bears roster or staff. My bad if I'm mistaken.

At any rate, and maybe I'm just a hater, but I have never thought of Cutler as being much above average, yet I think he plays as if he believes he can do anything. Just my opinion on him.

Who do you see as being the posterboy for "average?" Trying to think who epitomizes average. Maybe Carson Palmer.

rofl. carson in top 3 in INTs this season and has been slightly better in years after the Bungals

Dalton, Flacco, Alex Smith all strike me as particularly average

Packers Head Coach Mike McCarthy said on Tuesday that the decision to place TE Jermichael Finley on injured reserve “was not about football.”

“It was a medical decision made for Jermichael’s best interests as a man, a father and a husband,” McCarthy said of Finley’s neck injury. “We were not going to take that chance.

“Based on the medical report I was given, everyone agreed he should not play football this year.”

McCarthy added that Finley’s football future had not yet been determined.

“As we know Jermichael, he’ll be ready to play tomorrow in his mindset,” McCarthy said. “But this is definitely the right thing to do by him.”

Sad to hear, but Finley's health > football. He'll be back better than ever.
