yeah

big companies have pretty strict % lifts for internal promotions so in order to jump outside of your payband you've basically got to jump to another company and then you can jump back again

i know a girl who worked here at say level 1, she left to go to a new company to go to level 2, came back here to get to level 2 and then got promoted here after that

so basically she got 3 significant pay increases to jump only 2 levels

SLIGHT tear in my MCL in my right knee, enough for inflammation/pain but not enough to where i cant walk, have to set up the surgery for that

and then in 2 weeks im going in to get my ankle drained of fluid and realigned because apparently my ankle is a little off in the joint and i didnt even know that was fcking possible lol

Sounds like when a woman talks about going to a mechanic. " I need blinker fluid and there is a unicorn in my muffler poking holes!" Lol

Had no idea ankles can just decide not to be aligned.

What happened to your knee to cause the MCL issue? Also be happy it was just the MCL.
