He's also post-injury and a penalty yards liability.

With the lack of quality of their offensive line, they're spending needed money there on a receiver. Hard to be a game changing WR when the QB is sacked more often than not.

zero concern for injury, hes fine. skill players get hurt, they miss time, and they bounce back the next year, especially if young.

at times his ego gets the best of him, but hes one of the most athletic, freakish athletes in the nfl and even with the entire defense keying on him, he can take it to the house on a basic slant play or beat you over the top.

i dont know what more you could want from him physically, and thats what you pay for.

the hammy shit is more of a concern than what happened last year. last years injury, people recover from fairly easily.

what im saying is, he isnt any more an injury concern than any other game breaking skill position talent.

You're forgetting the ankle that ended his season last year. But I get what you're saying. I just don't see it being worth it when their o-line is worse than the Fisher-era Rams line.

Not to mention they have a 37 year old QB who will need to be replaced and they didn't address it in the draft where they had the pick of the liter

theres more than one way to build a winning team. i agree their line is shit.

but not paying obj in hopes that they fix the issue isnt the way to win imo. paying your best players and building through the draft while filling the holes seems to be the best way.

as much as this may be an issue down the road, i dont see what that has to do with paying obj or not

Definitely a valid point. I just don't see it working out as well as they're hoping. We'll see come regular season.

Tarheels about to find out what having a stellar Oline but 0 skill at WR is like with that cowboys roster this year. You don't find athletes like OBJ on trees.
