Great hire from my understanding

in the 9 years the bucs had him their DL had 325 sacks
in the 3 years CHI had him they have 88 sacks on DL

I like the hire of Monte, I have always been a fan of the 4-3 and his tampa 2 scheme w/ our db's is going to be sick.

I think Morris will benefit from the zone schemes. in my estimation it will allow him to play the ball more frequently. Carr is more athletic and can play the man better.
I will leave it to the professional personnel managers of the NFL to deal with these tinkerings though

He's about 74 years old though and you don't have the personnel needed to run his scheme and that will take at least 2 years so then what? Is this guy going to be coaching when he's 76-77?

whats really good about this is it allows us more flexabilty in the draft to get offensive linemen. we had a big need for 3-4 dline but now thats not the case since we can put ware on the end and move ratliff over the guard. not sure if we are going to keep spencer or not but its alot easier to fill 4-3 linemen than it is 3-4
