Dez would look sick lining up across from Gordon though.

Loljets, talent wise Dez is better than all those scrubs

The browns have 2 WRs. Since 2012 Dez has the most TDs in the NFL. Trying to say callaway is even half the player dez currently is makes you nothing more than a hater

Callaway is faster, and fills a need the browns have. He also doesn’t bring nearly the ego. Dez is just a shittier version of Gordon with worse hands and less speed. We could use him, but we’ll be perfectly fine without him


Browns are so impressed with Callaway they traded a first round pick for a bag of chips, what makes you think they need Dez?

And there is no guarantee Gordon is out there week 1 which really just makes your offense look like shit at WR. Landry and Callaway are far from anything to be scared of.

It's not 2012-2014 any more. Dez isn't anywhere close to the same player he was during that 3 year stretch.

Then you add his bad attitude onto his declining skill set and hes just not worth it.

Everyone can agree with the shitty attitude and signs of regression, still think he deserves another shot though

So we can bring in 30year old dez to be our WR3 or we can develop the talent we have on the roster, the 2nd best reciever in this draft who’s on a rookie deal, hmmmm

Reasons Dez isn't being disrespected:

1) He was awful when Dak was playing and there's no promise he'll do better with a different quarterback whose name doesn't rhyme with "Oh no!"
2) He's nearly 30.
3) He had charges of domestic violence brought up against him about his own mother
4) He's a giant crybaby with a massive ego
5) He's locker room cancer and instantly turned on his former teammates when he was cut
6) Nobody else in the NFL has an active offer on the table
7) With rosters nearly finalized and essentially everybody "signed", it's hard as shit to find cap space to fit in another deal this late in the preseason

Honestly, he's 2 teams away from being Kaepernick. He should be thankful the Browns are offering in the ballpark of $5M. I doubt the Ravens are going to offer him another option at this point.

They have a solid WR1, if and when Gordon comes back a top WR duo, Callaway looks good now, and a solid TE.
