I actually do know things about football and I do tend to be observant about the game and the players. Just like anyone else, I have the capability to be wrong.

I also take a very patient and long-term view towards success at anything...in life, in hobbies, and in football. My views on how our team is doing will often clash with others because I look at it as "are we taking steps to be winners 3-5 years in the future?" as opposed to "how many games are we going to win this season?" I've watched teams build for long term success and I've seen it pay off. I've seen teams who have flashed brilliance and then disappeared into nothing after a season or two. I've watched this team lose ever since that Superbowl. I'd love to win now. But more than anything, I'd love to see my team win at any point in my life, and if we continue the path that kept us losing for 14 years, we're going to be losing forever.

Per STATS, #Raiders were the only team not to blitz once in week 1. Rest of league averaged 13+ blitzes

I would say that it is whenever a defense rush with more than 4.

FWIW, PFF says we blitzed 3 times. Little discrepancy in their definitions there.
