per the Boston Globe

I guess the new Seahawks QB coach, Brian Schottenheimer, was in Indy last season. Only explanation why they'd be so high on him.

Yeh that is insane overpay
Can't believe the colts didnt want it
Why did the seachickens offer that
Why didnt the colts jump on it
So many questions

Yeah, I don't know who the 3rd Colts QB on their roster is, but the Colts can't afford to just have Luck and some other randoms with Luck's injury/shoulder history, they need a guy who's seen action, which is Jacoby.

The bigger question is though why would the seahawks be willing to offer such a high draft pick for just a back up QB? regardless of whether they were high on Jacoby or not.

If you’re so worried about it, why don’t you ask them yourself?

Oh it was 2020 2nd round pick... yeah that makes more sense. I missed that when I read the article initially.

Skins hosting Jamaal Charles

That could be interesting, even though JC is a shadow of his former self

God I'd love to see him get one more solid year in, even if its with the skins.

They have no solid options behind Wilson I assume is why they make the offer. Plus a quality backup that can carry a few games as a starter can easily get you back the pick you used.

2 draft's away 2nd is a equivalent to the upcoming drafts 3rd rounder right? Isn't that how they view it value wise.

/edit

Surprising to me is that the Broncos haven't looked at Bridgewater.
