So I would guess it's unlikely he is disciplined by the league? but I'm really not sure, maybe they've already tested him and they're awaiting results? I really don't know

a "stoner moment" would certainly fit the mold of the way it was being reported

another possibility though, that in my mind would also be consistent with the reporting would be an intentional overdose .... i.e. suicide attempt
