That would be the easiest solution.

I have a muscular friend who goes to the beach once a year. Only problem is idk how I'd do against waves lol. Calm Florida ocean would be no problem. (Well, the real problem is I hate one person who is always there)

I've wondered how I'd do if I went tubing down a reasonably calm river. I'd have trouble steering, but maybe that wouldn't matter.

you normally would just float in a river and drink booze and piss all over yourself. get like some flipper gloves or something to help paddle and steer ya

they make a portable version with like 3 mats that you just keep moving the back one to the front. we actually have like docks made of wood here that go like a boat launch into the water. Some of them have decks built underwater where the person in the chair can be about chest deep.
