Court arraignment on Oct 6th, where he will received the verdict on the 3 misdemeanor charges he's facing.
I've read that one of the charges will be dropped, and his lawyers are hoping to get 2 of them dropped and just have him charged with fleeing the scene of a crime.
If that is the case, the CBA proposes a 2-4 game suspension for that.

All speculation at this point but that's just what I've been seeing.
