Per mult. sources, Julius Thomas's $3M guarantee kicks in on "5th day following the commencement of 2017 NFL waiver system," that's today.

He's been real quiet since he joined the Jags. Is it injuries? I mean he has the skillset/measurables, but I was wary of someone paying big money to somebody who had the benefit of playing with MVP level Peyton.

Also, he never really had the yards, just the sexy TD numbers.

Injuries his first season.

Them using him incorrectly and some bad accuracy by Bortles in this 2nd season.

The OC barely used him as a vertical threat last year. That's what Thomas does best. They kept running him towards the side lines, instead of up field.

He's still a 8-10 TD guy easily, if he's used correctly. That and hes got to stay on the field.

well they didn't pick up Beachum's 4 year option, so they're creating a huge hole at LT.

They got to do something at LT because this draft is shit at OT and FA isn't any better this year at OT.

JAX send 2018 7th to MIAMI for Branden Albert.
