Thought we already talked about this? Maybe it was in the movie forum. They confirmed that like the day after the movie launched.

Ill watch the sequel. I feel like it started good and then fell off the face of the earth.

Was referring to the frivolous spending.

Accurate, I fucking hate hot wings.

They can be good, but I'll note that most are overpriced and mass produced to the point where they lose the magic. The best wings I've had were pan fried with a dry rub and little sauce if any. Henry's and Pointes East Pub in Milwaukee are amazing. Nede mentioned a place near where I moved and I'm hoping it's along the same lines or else I'll have to drive to Kilwaukee for em. An overrated food, but still nice once a month or so.

Sad days. My buddy and I get around 30-40lbs of them, put them in a brine for 2-3 days, bake em in the oven for a little bit, then fry them in oil, take em out and toss some rub on them, then they go into the hot sauce/butter mix, and then to your plate.

Your touch and patience with them would not go overlooked here... BWWs has ruined them for me, sadly. So many places just deep fry a chicken tender and throw sauce on it. Some places don't even have bone in options which makes me want to cry.

Rigging SS next year so you can send me some of that rub

Google rubs for wings, try some out, pick your favorite base, and then tweak to your taste. Mines basic lol. Onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, cayenne powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, and cumin. If I'm going for sweeter, I just add some brown sugar and take out the chili flakes.
