We have one of the best lbs in the game in his prime and we're just gonna end up letting him walk away

Ikik In bill I trust I really do but come on man, there's no lb on our depth chart that can do what he does.

Not to mention the whole Chandler Jones trade was so we could make salary space for Collins/Hightower/Butler. And now that we traded Collins early this season, how in the world are we not retaining Hightower right now?

It's idiocy. Brady would be 3 n 4 in the SB if not for him and what he brings to the table. I'm with you, pay the fuck out of the guy. Maybe they're just worried about setting a bad precedent for future players. He's got two rings now and if he continues being a stud, he could make the HoF, not much more a player needs besides a couple big paydays, he's gotta do what's best for him. It does kill me, I love that guy

His numbers are not anywhere close to being HoF worthy.

He'd have to be, hands down the best LB in the league for the next 4-5 straight years and flat out destroy the stat sheets to even be worthy of having his name mentioned.
