Packers did very well but I was not able to watch it because the cable company did not play it :(

Just looked at the results on the Packers site. I want to switch to Direct TV because of this bullshit that my cable company would not play all the NFL games. From what I saw Packers dominated the first half of the game like nothing. Seems like things are getting better now.

The Packers had a 400-yard passer (Aaron Rodgers, 480) and a 100-yard rusher (James Starks, 132) for the first time in franchise history. The Packers also became the first team in NFL history to have a 450-yard passer and a 125-yard rusher in the same game.

Lot of other records tied and broken today, but that one stood out.

Cobb and Jones set career highs for yards.

he'll need to bc AJ Green is going to have a field day unless that secondary somehow learns to tackle between today and next week

Lacy's running style worries me. He's always doing these awkward leaps and dives that leave him completely exposed. Needs to keep his feet grounded or he's going to get really hurt, really fast.

Far as the game went, can't complain too much. Tackles were pretty bad at points and we continue to give up big plays too regularly. Run D was just okay. Our pass rush still seems very weak to me. Really hoping Datone or Perry can at some point show some sort of ability.

Offense as usual is stupid good. Masthay on kickoffs is going to keep anyone from returning a kick all year. Loving that we can get Raji some rest now with a few more viable DLine options.

I thought the run D was pretty awful tbh. I think Morris only had 5 carries that went for less than 5 yards. When he racks up 110 yards on 13 carries, that's pretty bad imo.

iirc, he had a run of 33 and a run of 36 i believe as well :( . just terrible tackling by everyone the entire day. some things never change it seems.

even hyde, who i've watched establish himself as a great tackler, missed his fair share yesterday.

bad angles taken, biting on play action, poor maneuvering to get pressure on the QB... idk if these are just part of the offseason "rust" that needs to wear off or what, but we can't put ourselves in a good position to win each week if those habits continue to resurface
