Fact is its the individual posters and their posting habits that make threads about their team all of the time. Ryan did it a lot with the Texans, Rockets, and Astros; xnozx with the Giants and Knicks; Malidry with the Bucks and Packers; bitg with the Craptors and 49ers when they were relevant. It just happens quite a few Philly fans like to make Philly posts/threads at the drop of a hat. If they made less threads/posts on this forum, they'd be less talked-about. Like, on the other football forum I use, there's only a few Philly fans, none of them are obnoxious, and the japes are noticeably less by comparison to this site because of it.

So because everyone hates when eagles fans talk about the eagles all the time, when we try to talk about something else you turn in back to being about the eagles. Solid logic.

Like, if the Eagles fans on this site were as active as the Bills fanbase, I highly doubt there would be much hate toward their fans--there would be no one to hate. Further, if every Philly fan were to act GM and humble all of the time, there would be little reason to hate them. However, DM, rice, and others enjoy trolling the forum with self-aggrandizing threads, so backlash is inevitable, especially when they fail.

It's a vicious cycle, perpetuated by both sides, yet eagles fans get all the blame.

Cuz eagles fans (excluding applecrack) dont use their fan thread and instead make obnoxious homer threads that really no one cares about when their team is doing well.
