Dude we were moving the ball really well, major step forward. If we keep up this kind of ball movement for 2-3 more games I will start worrying about TDs...for now, just really happy that we're starting to see a spark of life from this long-dead offense, and a semblance of pass rush/run D from the other half of the ball. Our secondary, on the other hand...

Pryor came out of last week with some questions with regard to his decision making. He did much better on the opposing half of the field. Lots of incomplete passes, but no stupid throws all game, which is a MASSIVE deal. He wasn't quite as dominant with his legs but still ran well. Few mistakes running the option though, kept the ball a few times when he should have handed it off. Overall, he looks really good, and found a way to move the ball successfully throughout the entire game.

Biggest deal was McFadden playing well IMO.

Let's take a look at the schedule after nearly 2 weeks of football. I thought we were shafted coming into this season, but a lot of these games look much nicer now.

Washington, Pittsburgh, NY, and Dallas look really vulnerable right now. Those games could potentially be ours IF we're on our A game and they play average. Tennessee and the Jets are games we really should win. In terms of divisional games, we aren't going to take one off the Broncos, but we might split our other two series if we get a little lucky. Chargers are vulnerable and I'm not convinced the Chiefs are unstoppable (given how I've seen Smith play previously; he's very streaky).

Finishing 8-8 doesn't look quite so far off anymore, between the "ease" of our schedule and the play of our offense. We do have to be concerned about our secondary, however--modern NFL is almost all passing, and we have shit for coverage.
