Well I meant more as far as his typical 4-3, soft zone coverage scheme. He always preached and ran a bend, but don't break defense during his days in Jacksonville. Play soft zones, keep everything in front of you and lock it down once they hit the red zone to force field goals.
He liked playing his corners off and didn't press too much. Seem to be similar so far for you guys? Obviously it's still very early and you'll get more of a feel for it as camp and the preseason goes on.
His defense was always good about limiting the big plays, but the problem with the soft zones is that a great QB will dink and dunk it down the field all day long. They'll eat that shit up all day long.
