Maybe they're good for smaller orders - Terps did just fine with them. However I wouldn't order bulk.

Their customer service employees emailed me informing me that my payment didn't go through. Chase told me it specifically did go through, and I had to even verify it was a legitimate transaction and that I wanted chase to process it.

Chase had me email the site's CS team the phone number for the chase fraud security team so they could directly discuss it, but chase said they never called.

I would absolutely use a CC if you plan on buying from there.

so if you order from China:

Use a credit card
Keep the order relatively small if possible
save the confirmed order page/screenshot it
be ready for a decent wait and awful customer service
overall, i didn't really mind the items that didn't come because i still got 4 decent jerseys and a nice hoodie for damn cheap. hard to argue. one of the jerseys was a special edition and complete garbage. gave it to a bitch i used to live with. huehuehue
