I've been trying to define what kind of drug Skooma/Moon Sugar is, and I'm pretty sure it's a stimulant with psychedelic aspects (sort of like Ecstasy).

other than that, the only thing i can glean from encounters is that it likely tastes like battery acid and the name "moon sugar" is little more than a clever way of calling it "Mundas coke"
